Member loans – Each member shall purchase at least one non-refundable share of KES 10,000. Such shares shall not be assignable as collateral for a loan, but may be transferred to other members upon terminating membership of MOBA SACCO.
Such shares may earn dividends in accordance with the dividend policy of the Society.
